Refund & Cancellation Policy

3-Day Free Trial

ClinicalPrime provides a 72-hour full-access trial to all new users. This trial is intended to allow practitioners to evaluate the clinical accuracy and utility of our platform before committing to a paid subscription. No billing occurs during this period.

Subscription Refunds

Once the trial period concludes and a paid subscription (Elite Monthly or Annual) begins, all payments are non-refundable.

  • Immediate Access: Because our service provides immediate access to proprietary clinical intelligence and digital downloads, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing cycles.

  • Service Evaluation: By converting to a paid plan, you acknowledge that the 3-day trial was sufficient to evaluate the platform's fit for your clinical practice.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your ClinicalPrime subscription at any time.

  • Procedure: Cancellations must be performed via your Account Dashboard under the "Membership" tab.

  • Access Period: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.

Exceptional Circumstances

ClinicalPrime reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in cases of:

  • Technical Failure: Proven inability to access the platform due to a verified server-side error that lasted more than 48 hours.

  • Duplicate Billing: Accidental double-processing of a single subscription.
